About the role

PHYSIO ON GROUP is looking for a physiotherapist to join our Officer clinic three or four days a week. The role offers 24-30 hours per week on weekdays with days negotiable. You will work in private, one-on-one treatment rooms with no double-booking, treating a mixed caseload including private, WorkCover, TAC, NDIS and EPC clients. You will have access to a full gym and Pilates equipment, and benefit from Nookal practice management with admin support so you focus on treating rather than paperwork.

Key responsibilities

- Provide physiotherapy treatment to a mixed caseload of private, WorkCover, TAC, NDIS and EPC clients

- Conduct musculoskeletal assessments and treatment planning

- Deliver one-on-one treatment in private treatment rooms

- Manage realistic appointment times and a manageable daily load

- Contribute to a multi-location musculoskeletal practice serving the Cardinia and Casey communities

About you

- AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist, or eligible for registration

- Current skilled indemnity insurance

- Strong communication skills and genuine interest in musculoskeletal practice

- Full working rights in Australia — visa sponsorship is not available for this role

- New graduates welcome — structured mentoring is available
