About the role

Join the team at Boolaroo Spar/Bottlemart as a Retail Assistant/Supervisor on a casual basis. Located in Boolaroo NSW, this role is an excellent opportunity to work in a local community-focused retail environment. Multiple positions available, from retail assistants to supervisors.

What you'll be doing

- Providing friendly and efficient customer service

- Assisting with general retail operations including cash handling, stock replenishment and merchandising

- Preparing and presenting high-quality food products

- Supervising and supporting other retail assistants as required

- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised store environment

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a similar environment

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Positive problem-solving and decision-making skills





- Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in food preparation and basic cooking skills is required

- Flexibility to work some weekends, early mornings and nights

- Current RSA or willingness to obtain
