Floor Staff – Want to be part of the atmosphere and thrive in high-energy, social environments? You’re our front-line vibe curators.

Host - Organised, personable, and able to create a welcoming experience from the first smile to the final farewell? You could be our missing link

Bartender – Confident in cocktail craft and premium spirits, with a passion for mixology and storytelling behind the bar

Barista - making all types of coffee in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining the standard & accuracy of the coffees throughout shift.

Our ideal candidate will:

· Previous experience in a similar 5 star environment

· Bartending and barista skills are highly desired (all-rounder)

· A professional demeanour, with a customer centric work ethic

· An ability to thrive under pressure and work in a high paced environment

· Excellent presentation and grooming

· Can work both autonomously and collaboratively

· Full working rights in Australia, with Availability to work a flexible roster (including daytime, evening and weekend shifts)

· A current NSW RSA
