About the role

Bunge is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our Western Region team on a seasonal casual basis from October through to March.

Reporting to the Senior Administrator, you will provide administrative support across the region while playing a key role in supporting reporting requirements, managing records and assisting operational teams throughout the busy harvest period.

This is an excellent opportunity for an administration professional who enjoys variety, working with people and contributing to a fast-paced operational environment.

Key responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to regional employees and operational teams across the Eyre Peninsula Region
- Assist with commodity stock reporting, reconciliations and month-end reporting requirements
- Manage data entry, record keeping, archiving and documentation processes
- Coordinate ordering and procurement activities to support site operations
- Provide professional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain training and compliance records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Support the Senior Administrator with general office administration and other team activities as required

About you

- Previous administration experience in a busy office or operational environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Current unrestricted C class driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel to other offices, desirable but not essential




- High attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented team environment
- Experience with training administration or VETtrak will be highly regarded
- A proactive approach and commitment to delivering high-quality support services
