About the role

This role is half elbow grease and half high-end precision. You will work on premium exterior cleaning and stone restoration across Sydney's finest properties, handling chemical pressure/soft washing, grout removal, re-grouting, and sealing systems for premium natural stones like travertine and sandstone.

Key responsibilities

- Standard chemical pressure/soft washing techniques

- Precision regrouting: removing degraded grout using cutting blades and applying fresh, clean grout lines

- Premium sealing: protecting travertine, sandstone, and natural stone surfaces using advanced sealer systems

- Pressure cleaning and soft washing of premium residential homes and commercial buildings

- Water-fed pole work for high-reach professional window cleaning

About you

- An absolute eye for detail and genuine pride in a perfect finish

- Background in laboring, construction, landscaping, tiling, or paving is ideal

- Valid NSW driver's licence is non-negotiable

- Own reliable transport or a ute is a massive plus

- Punctual,
