About the role

We're looking for an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter to join our crew building quality custom new homes and renovations on the Bellarine Peninsula. You'll run a small crew day to day on-site, get stuck into the carpentry work yourself across all stages of the build, and work mostly on one project at a time from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

- Running a small crew day to day on-site

- Getting stuck into the carpentry work yourself across all stages of the build

- Mostly working on one project at a time, start to finish

- Keeping quality and safety on point

- Working closely with the builder to keep things ticking along

- Helping out the apprentices coming through

About you

- Min 5 years' qualified carpentry experience





- Experience in a leading hand role — you know how to run a crew

- A sharp eye for detail — we're doing high-end stuff, so the finish matters

- Can read plans and keep a job moving without needing your hand held

- Good communicator, works well in a team but can lead one too

- Own tools, reliable car, current White Card
