About the role

This full time role will involve providing expert maintenance and support for building management systems (BMS) across a range of commercial and industrial sites.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct preventative maintenance and respond to breakdown calls for BMS equipment

- Diagnose and troubleshoot BMS issues to identify and resolve the root cause

- Perform upgrades, modifications and installations of BMS components

- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions

- Maintain detailed records of all work completed

- Collaborate with the wider technical team to share knowledge and best practices

About you

- Formal qualifications in electrical, HVAC or building services engineering

- Minimum 5 years' experience as a BMS service technician

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Understanding of BMS protocols and programming languages





- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Restricted Electrical Licence (D-Licence)

- Current Working with Children Check

- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites
