About the role
Bunge is seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working trade services officer to work within the trade services department of our business. This role will support the department through the administration of trade and grower contracts, responding to queries, along with other general administration tasks as required.
Duties may include but are not limited to
- Process trade and grower contracts and complete reconciliations within the system
- Process amendments to both grower and trade contracts and maintain audit trail of changes
- Assisting with the communication and administration of grower and trade washouts
- Processing of track transfers
- Assist in correcting ticket errors for timely processing of grower payments.
- Respond to all grower queries
- Records management, filing and archiving of documents
- Provide general administrative support to all other departments as required.
About you
- Demonstrated skills and experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organising skills
- Sound knowledge of technology to support business and delivery of role
- Ability to be flexible and work in a dynamic environment
- Ability to prioritise tasks and use knowledge and initiative to problem solve
