Role Overview:

Listed. Property Staging is a growing Perth-based property styling and interiors business, creating considered, design-led spaces across residential property staging and interior design projects.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented Interior Designer / Property Stylist to join our team.

This is a hands-on, creative role suited to someone with a strong design eye who enjoys working across different styles, properties and projects. You’ll work closely with our design, styling and logistics teams to take projects from initial concept and selections through to installation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Styling residential properties for sale

- Developing furniture, artwork, lighting and accessory selections

- Creating cohesive design concepts tailored to each property and target market

- Working on residential and Commercial interior design and furniture specification projects

- Conducting client consultations and site visits

- Preparing furniture and design selections, schedules and presentations

- Sourcing furniture, décor and finishes from our existing inventory and suppliers

- Liaising with clients, agents, suppliers and our internal logistics team

- Overseeing and participating in installations and styling on site





- Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting

- Ensuring every project reflects the quality and aesthetic standards of Listed

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proficiency in CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and staging design software.

- Strong background in interior design, property staging, or visual merchandising.

- Relevant certifications or qualifications in interior design or staging are highly desirable.

- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills to manage end-to-end staging projects effectively.

- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused solutions.
