We are a growing food distribution business based in Botany, NSW, looking to expand our team. We have multiple positions available across our warehouse and delivery operations. We are open to candidates looking for warehouse-only, delivery-only, or a combination of both (preferred). Depending on your skills, experience and the position you are applying for, your responsibilities may include a range of warehouse and delivery duties.
Key responsibilities
- Picking and packing food orders
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Forklift and reach-truck operations (double-deep forklift experience is highly favourable)
- Receiving and organising stock
- Stock rotation and maintaining accurate inventory
- Loading delivery vehicles efficiently and safely
- Delivering food products to customers across Sydney Metro and Greater NSW
- General warehouse duties
- Working across ambient, dry, chilled and freezer environments
- Maintaining a clean, organised and secure workplace
About you
- Reliable and punctual
- Hard-working and physically capable
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic

- Comfortable working in different temperature environments
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Professional and customer-focused
- Willing to learn and take on additional responsibility
- Current Forklift Licence
- Valid Australian driver's licence suitable for the delivery vehicle (C-class up to MR-class license)

Benefits
- $28 - $34 (Base starting rate) per hour gross + superannuation, depending on skills and experience
- Applicable penalty rates for relevant hours and working conditions
- Additional freezer / temperature-related penalties or allowances where applicable
- Overtime paid accordingly
