Wangara MG, part of Regent Motors Group, is seeking a friendly and organised part time Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for customers and visitors. This position combines front-of-house customer service with a variety of administration duties to help keep the dealership running smoothly.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming customers and visitors in a friendly and qualified manner
Answering incoming calls, directing enquiries and taking accurate messages
Providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone
Supporting the dealership with day-to-day administration
Processing bank statements and daily banking
Raising purchase orders
Forwarding vehicle deal packs to head office
Liaising with our off-site administration team
Completing general clerical duties and maintaining accurate records
Keeping the reception area tidy and welcoming

About You

We are looking for someone who has:
Previous reception or office experience




A friendly, professional manner and a genuine interest in helping customers
Transparent communication and strong interpersonal skills
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands
A reliable, positive approach and the ability to work well within a team

Previous experience in an automotive dealership would be advantageous, but is not essential.
