Twisted Sista Gelato Manufacturing is looking for an experienced foodservice sales rep to grow our wholesale customer base across Melbourne.

We want someone who knows how to open doors, build relationships and win new business with cafés, restaurants, dessert venues, independent supermarkets and food distributors.

The Role

Starting with 3 days per week
Moving to 5 days per week as your portfolio grows

You'll be out on the road developing new business, presenting and sampling our gelato range and building ongoing wholesale accounts.

You'll receive an existing database of warm prospects, while also being rewarded with higher commission for customers you find yourself.

What You'll Do
Prospect and win new wholesale accounts
Visit and present samples to potential customers
Follow up warm leads provided by us
Develop your own current business opportunities
Build strong relationships with customers
Manage and grow the accounts you secure
Maintain accurate sales and customer records

We're Looking For

Ideally, you'll have experience in foodservice,



FMCG, hospitality, wholesale food, beverage, dairy or independent grocery sales.

You'll need to be confident approaching new businesses and comfortable working independently on the road.

A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle are essential.

Pay & Commission

$29.55 per hour + $1.00/km vehicle allowance + uncapped commission

2.5% commission on recent accounts converted from our existing prospect database.

4% commission on completely recent accounts you source yourself.

Commission continues on eligible paid invoices from your new accounts for 12 months.
