About the role

LG Accounting Solutions is looking for a Client Services Administrator to join the team in Innaloo. This is an important role within the practice, providing a high level of service to clients.

Key responsibilities
Managing client enquiries, correspondence and documentation
Answering the phone and greeting clients
Ensure the office is kept stocked with the necessary consumables to run smoothly
Assisting with client onboarding and maintaining accurate client records
Preparing, sending and following up documents and electronic signatures
Organisation of internal and external events
Appointment setting and confirmation
Maintaining organised records and helping ensure administrative tasks are completed on time
Contributing to improvements in administrative processes and systems

About you
Previous administration or client services experience
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Communicate confidently and professionally with clients
Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities




Solid written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable learning and using different software
Reliable, approachable and willing to help the wider team
Experience within an accounting firm or professional services workplace would be highly regarded
Experience with ASIC, the ATO, Xero, FYI or similar accounting practice systems would be an advantage
