Sales Consultant – Albury, NSW

We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join a well-established and growing Australian business based in Albury.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs and converting enquiries into sales. You’ll work with a mix of inbound customers and sales opportunities, providing product advice, preparing quotes and delivering a high level of service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound sales enquiries via phone, email and online channels
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Prepare quotes and follow up opportunities to drive conversions
Build strong relationships and provide an excellent customer experience
Maintain accurate customer and sales information within internal systems




Work closely with operations and other internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
Contribute to team sales targets and overall business growth

About You

You’ll be confident, personable and commercially minded, with robust communication skills and a genuine interest in helping customers. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, building products or a similar workplace would be highly regarded.
