We are currently recruiting for an Apartment Block Caretaker - Claremont to join our Team.

About the Role
Monday - Friday 7.30am - 12.30pm
Total 25 hours a week
Cleaning external areas and wet areas on a rotation basis
Following strict security and OHS procedures
Remove litters and debris on footpaths by using blower
Sweep the car parks
Not afraid to get their hands dirty
Pick the litters with the help of litter picker
Empty and wash bins and manage recyclable waste




clean and maintain the common areas , lobbies of the apartment block
Able to work autonomously & take pride in their work
Work in a outstanding Team Setting
Immediate Start
