We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our team. This isn’t just about booking cars in for a service – you’ll be the important link between our customers and our workshop, making sure every customer feels informed, valued and looked after.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be right in the middle of the action. You’ll:
Welcome customers and make their service experience easy and skilled
Listen, ask the right questions and understand what our customers need
Keep customers updated throughout the day
Work closely with our technicians and workshop team
Prepare quotes and explain repairs and servicing clearly
Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our customers
Make sure every customer leaves feeling confident they made the right choice with Northpoint Toyota
