We are seeking a reliable, experienced and genuinely compassionate Disability Support Workers who wants to build a meaningful connection, become part of a consistent support team and make a real difference in someone’s everyday life.

This is an opportunity to provide individualised, person-centred support within the Port Macquarie area, with a focus on consistency, trust, safety and positive outcomes.

Available shifts may include:
Morning shifts
Afternoon and evening shifts
Overnight shifts
Weekend shifts

Applicants must have flexibility to work across a rotating roster.

Essential requirements:
Located in or close to Port Macquarie




Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or a related qualification
Current unrestricted driver’s licence
Reliable and secure vehicle
Willingness to work as an independent contractor and hold an active ABN
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Working with Children Check, where applicable
Appropriate insurance for independent support work
Strong communication, documentation and teamwork skills

We are looking for someone who is calm, dependable, proactive and committed to providing high-quality support. You must be willing to follow established routines, support plans and safety procedures while bringing warmth, patience and a positive attitude to every shift.
