Food Idea Pty Ltd, trading as Ballarat Aussie ADDA is is an family authentic western & South East Asian Restaurant located in Sebastopol VIC 3356 that specialises in Western and South East Asian cuisine, great customer Service, value for money and large meals. We currently have a full time opportunity available for an experienced Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be running our kitchen. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of our kitchen operation, from menu development and preparation to maintaining a clean and safe work setting. You will lead kitchen team, ensuring smooth service throughout the day and night.

Responsibilities:
Create and prepare delicious pizza,Pasta and other food items using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Ensure all dishes meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
Manage and maintain kitchen inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
Oversee food preparation, adhering to food safety regulations.
Lead and train the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work workplace.
Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
Liaise with front-of-house stac to ensure smooth service.

Experience:



At least year of experience working as a Chef in a similar environment

Qualification: Cert 3, Cert 4 in Cookery and Diploma of Hospitality

Salary: $82,000 - $85000
