Community Quality & Compliance Manager

Work for a highly respected, multi-award-winning, and cutting-edge not-for-profit aged care provider based in Sydney. Reporting to the General Manager of Quality and Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening quality systems, supporting audit readiness, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.

Requirements




Demonstrated experience in a quality and compliance role within community aged care and disability services
Minimum of 5 years experience
Previous quality or auditing experience
Experience supporting external audits, regulatory reviews, and preparing submissions to regulatory bodies
Robust organisational, report writing, and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency in computer systems and databases
Willingness to travel across Sydney sites as required
