Full Time Head Chef for busy Cafe loacted in Fairbairn ACT.

Operating Monday to Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm

Please note no public transport in Fairbairn. Must have own car and license

We are seeking a driven and talented Fulltime Chef to join our team at The Mess Cafe' located in Fairbairn. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of delicious meals to delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing ingredients and cooking a variety of meals to our high standards
Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
Assisting with food preparation and presentation
Ordering stock
Writing and costing of menus
Following all health and safety protocols
Knife Skills

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef in a quick-paced hospitality environment
Robust attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality food
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team




Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Enthusiasm for creating delicious dishes and providing excellent customer service
