Property Manager | Brunswick | SALARY UP TO $90K + SUPER

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established residential property management team in Brunswick.

This role offers the chance to manage a growing portfolio within a supportive and structured environment, with dedicated leasing support and additional administrative assistance available to the wider Property Management team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing an end-to-end residential property portfolio
• Building and maintaining robust landlord and tenant relationships
• Coordinating maintenance, inspections and general tenancy matters
• Managing arrears, compliance and lease renewals
• Maintaining accurate property records and CRM information
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and other stakeholders
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle




• Working closely with the leasing and wider Property Management teams

What We're Looking For:

• Previous residential Property Management experience
• Strong end-to-end portfolio management experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Current Agent's Representative Certificate
• Victorian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
