We are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant to join our team. The role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra.

The Role
Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors PMGM solutions.
Design, build and maintain Performance and 360 Review Templates.
Facilitate workshops, requirements, gathering and solution design sessions.
Conduct release impact assessments and manage quarterly release testing.
Prepare and execute SIT, UAT and regression testing activities.
Analyse and resolve defects and production support issues.
Create functional specifications and solution documentation.
Support annual performance review cycles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with business stakeholders, project teams and support teams.

Key Skills & Experience
Solid SAP SuccessFactors experience.
Strong hands-on experience in: Performance Management (PM), Goal Management (GM) ,360 Reviews / Multi-Rater,



Continuous Performance Management (CPM)
Experience configuring: Performance Templates, Goal Plans and Goal Templates, Route Maps, Rating Scales, Competency Libraries ,360 Review Templates, Form Sections and Permissions
Robust knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
Experience with SuccessFactors quarterly release reviews, impact assessments, regression testing and deployment activities

Preferred Qualifications
SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification.
Experience with Calibration and Succession Management integration.

NV1 security clearance is required for this role.
