As part of our rapid national growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to drive recent opportunities and strengthen relationships across Australia’s renewable energy industry.

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to expand our sales pipeline and support our installer/partner network

Salary: Base salary + commission, dependent on individual sales performance.

Responsibilities
Proactively follow up on inbound enquiries and generate new business from cold leads
Provide accurate and competitive pricing quotations for solar modules, batteries, and hybrid solutions
Build and maintain solid, long-term client relationships to secure repeat business
Collaborate closely with our technical and operations teams to deliver successful project outcomes




Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline

Skill & Experience
3+ years’ proven sales experience in renewable energy (solar/battery) or related industries
Robust technical understanding of solar PV systems, battery storage, and hybrid inverters
Demonstrated track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills
Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (NetSuite/HubSpot/Salesforce or equivalent)
For the large-scale role: background as an electrical engineer, EPC project developer, or SAA-accredited designer/installer will be highly regarded

Pay: $52,880.00 – $126,617.83 per year
