Atlas Lawyers Employment is currently seeking a motivated Employment Lawyer to join our growing team. This is an excellent prospect for a solicitor with at least 1-year post-admission experience in employment law who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and growing legal practice.

About You

We are looking for an Employment Lawyer who has:
A solid understanding of Australian employment law, legislation, and procedures
Experience advising employers and/or employees on workplace matters
Excellent communication, negotiation,



and client management skills
The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
A practical, commercial, and solutions-focused approach
A compassionate and professional approach when dealing with sensitive workplace matters

Skills & Qualifications
Admitted as a Legal Practitioner in Australia with a current practising certificate
Minimum 1 year post-admission experience in employment law
Experience across a diverse range of employment and workplace matters
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage matters from initial instruction through to resolution
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and workplace relations
