About the role
The Ownership group of the Imperial Hotel are seeking representation to act as primary liaison between Hotel Management and the Owners.
The Owner’s Representative (OR) will act as the Owner’s primary advocate, project manager, and single point of contact for capital expenditure (CapEx) projects, asset-management initiatives, or Property Improvement Plans (PIP) within the hotel. The OR’s core mission is to safeguard the Owner's financial, operational,
and aesthetic interests while minimizing disruption to guest experiences and ongoing hotel revenue streams.
About you
The successful candidate will work closely with Hotel Management and provide updates to Ownership. The role will involve the translation and summary of monthly reporting into Mandarin for Owner’s review.
Extensive senior management experience in luxury hospitality
Solid knowledge of local Gold Coast hotel market
Thorough knowledge of Queensland legislation, as well as hotel operating standards and procedures
Financial acumen and familiarity with the budgeting and forecasting process
In-depth understanding of engineering requirements and ongoing maintenance of hotels
Proven ability in relationship management, strategic planning and financial oversight
Ability to speak and write Mandarin language is essential
The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the relationship between the Hotel and the Owners, paving the way for successful operation.
