About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Machinery Assembly Specialist to join our Clare-based assembly team. You'll work alongside a small, supportive team assembling a range of agricultural machinery brands imported from Europe, building complete units from their components after they arrive by shipping container.

This is clean, satisfying and wide-ranging work where attention to detail is paramount — a great fit for someone who's mechanically minded, enjoys working with their hands, and wants to build a long-term career in the agricultural machinery industry.

What You'll Bring — Essential

• Solid mechanical aptitude and confidence working with hand and power tools

• High attention to detail, with a methodical and thorough approach to assembly work

• Ability to read and interpret assembly manuals, technical drawings and parts diagrams

• Good organisation and time management skills





• A genuine team player who works well alongside others

What You'll Bring — Desirable

• Experience in a mechanical trade, or service and repair of farm or heavy machinery

• Farm operations knowledge, highly regarded for understanding how equipment is used

• Current forklift licence

• Current driver's licence (Class C)

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble imported agricultural machinery from its components, following manufacturer specifications

• Unpack shipping containers and check components off against packing lists

• Perform pre-delivery and quality assurance checks on completed machinery

• Assist with occasional on-farm machinery set-up as required (supported)

• Work closely with the assembly team and Assembly Manager to meet delivery deadlines

• Help maintain a tidy, organised and safe workshop and warehouse environment

• Contribute ideas to improve assembly processes and efficiency
