About the role

Take charge of our Geraldton warehouse operations as a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily activities, drive efficiency, and ensure a protected, high-performing setting. Reporting to the Planning and Inventory Control Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our warehousing and distribution network.

Key responsibilities
Plan daily schedules, coordinate storemen for accurate order dispatch and loading, and step in on the floor when peak activity demands
Drive inventory accuracy through regular checks, discrepancy investigations, and minimise supply errors or damages
Mentor, direct, and motivate warehouse staff, manage coverage, facilitate communication, and contribute to appraisals
Champion a zero-harm OHS culture, oversee site visitor safety, manage forklift operations, ensure strict policy adherence, and maintain facility housekeeping
Utilise ERP systems and digital tools to manage workflows, coordinate with transport partners, and oversee equipment maintenance

About you
Proven experience in warehouse supervision, inventory control, operating forklift and logistics operations
Solid commitment to workplace health, safety (OHS), and environmental compliance




Excellent leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
Familiarity with ERP systems and materials handling equipment (MHE)
Valid High Risk Work Licence
