The Role

We’re looking for a reliable and hands on Machine Operator to join our afternoon shift. This is a predominantly solo role responsible for operating and monitoring our Hydramama sachet production line, ensuring safe, effective and consistent production.

What you’ll be doing
Operate and monitor machinery throughout the shift
Complete basic equipment and quality checks
Troubleshoot minor issues and report faults or maintenance requirements
Complete production,



batch and cleaning records
Monitor output and identify quality or production issues
Maintain a clean, safe and organised production environment
Complete clear shift handovers and communicate any issues

What we’re looking for
Experience in food manufacturing, production, machine operation or a similar environment
Solid attention to detail and ability to work independently
Reliable, proactive and safety-focused
Commitment to quality and food safety
Willingness to learn, follow SOPs and identify issues
