Loafers Artisan is a busy wholesale bakery that started in 2009 as a single stall at the Subiaco Farmers Market. Today, we supply over 300 cafés, hospitality venues, and mine sites across Western Australia – and we’re still growing!

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Casual Packer to join our team.

This is a hands-on role in a busy, quick-paced bakery setting, so we are looking for someone who is prepared to work hard, stay focused and work efficiently as part of a team. Flexibility required to work additional shifts, including relieving afternoon/night packing shifts when needed.

What you'll be doing
Packing bread and bakery products accurately and efficiently
Preparing and palletising boxes and orders for dispatch
Cleaning trays and equipment
Keeping packing and production areas clean and organised
Assisting with other production and packing tasks as required
Following food safety, workplace safety and Loafers Artisan procedures
Working as part of the team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time

What we're looking for




Reliability is essential – we need someone who turns up on time and is committed to their rostered shifts
Flexibility to work different shifts when required, including weekends and afternoon/night shifts
A strong work ethic and willingness to work hard in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Good time management and the ability to follow instructions
Basic literacy and numeracy skills
Ability to undertake the physical requirements of a packing and production role
A positive, team-focused attitude
Previous experience in a bakery, food production, warehouse or manufacturing environment will be highly regarded
