About the role
Midway Community Care is looking for an experienced Quality and Safeguarding Business Partner to join the team based in Falcon, Mandurah. This is a key role for someone who understands that quality isn't just about compliance. It's about making sure people with disability receive great support and have the prospect to live meaningful lives.
Key responsibilities
Provide expert advice on NDIS Practice Standards and Quality & Safeguarding Commission requirements
Lead quality assurance and internal auditing
Manage participant incidents, complaints and feedback
Develop, review and maintain policies and procedures
Analyse data, identify trends and produce high-quality reports
Support risk management and continuous improvement
Monitor regulatory changes and keep leaders informed
Support external NDIS certification
Chair the Quality Committee and work closely with operational leaders
About you
3+ years' experience in a similar quality/compliance role within the disability sector
Thorough understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards and regulatory requirements
Robust QA and auditing experience
Experience in policy development and review
Excellent analytical, reporting and data manipulation skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Confidence to provide advice, influence and work collaboratively with leaders
Exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Current NDIS Worker Screening clearance
