What You'll Be Doing:
Screening and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process
Scheduling interviews and onboarding appointments
Supporting workforce planning and roster coordination
Maintaining accurate candidate records within our recruitment systems
Building positive relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders
Providing administrative support to the recruitment team
Assisting with compliance and onboarding documentation

What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Solid organisational skills with great attention to detail




Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confidence using computer systems and learning new technology
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Robust time management and problem-solving skills
Previous administration, customer service, recruitment, or workforce coordination experience
A passion for helping people and delivering great outcomes
