Responsibilities:
Drive safety standards across the project
Conduct site inspections, audits and safety observations
Review SWMS, risk assessments and safety documentation
Lead toolbox talks, inductions and safety briefings
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Engage with subcontractors, supervisors and project teams




Provide practical WHS advice across the site

About You:
High-rise construction safety experience
Strong high-risk construction experience
Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety
Relevant high-risk construction certifications highly desirable
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
