Main duties will include:
Ensure the Production Schedule is adhered to through correct output
Check raw materials on receipt of a current schedule
Prepare syrup and sugar batches in a timely manner
Ensure batch records are completed accurately
Stock rotation of raw materials
Continually monitor cleanliness and sanitation, ensuring the factory and production areas are kept tidy and clean
Adherence to Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards
Operate all production machinery in a protected and productive manner
Conduct quality tests including carbonation, brix, torque and taste testing
Complete pre-operational checks
Work as part of a team

The successful candidate will at times be required to perform various other tasks on the production line. This may include the loading of raw material,



the unloading of finished goods, capping, labelling, carrying cartons that can weigh between 7-15kg, and inspecting and removing products that do not conform with our quality standards.

To be successful, you will need:
Experience in a similar type of role or ability to be trained
A hands-on attitude
A mechanical understanding of beverage manufacturing equipment
A forklift licence is desirable but not essential
