About the role

Boost Juice Tuggerah is looking for a Team Leader and Weekday Boosties to join our team. The successful applicants will be passionate, reliable, outgoing and hard working with a can do attitude. The Team Leader will also be required to have a few extra characteristics and responsibilities:

Team Leader - Key responsibilities:
Work closely with the manager to lead the team
Set sales and COGS targets each shift
Coach the team throughout the shift to achieve KPIs
Deliver amazing customer service
Get a VIBE going in store through sampling, music, theme days and an outgoing personality

Team Leader - About you
Passionate, infectious personality, love life attitude
Experience leading a team
Hard working
Reliable
Versatile
Confident to set sales and COGS targets and coach the team to achieve these
Customer service focussed
Extremely outgoing
Able to work both weekdays and weekends
