Property Manager – Portfolio Based

We’re Growing Our Team!

We’re looking for a motivated Property Manager to join our growing team in a portfolio-based role, working in a supportive and team-focused environment with robust hands-on management support.

This is a excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager looking for a positive and well-structured workplace. We’re also open to considering the right candidate for a traineeship, with the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice completed on the job.

About the Role
Managing a defined portfolio of residential properties
Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants
Conducting routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports
Coordinating and following up maintenance and repairs
Liaising with contractors and service providers
Managing lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and agency procedures
Responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Working closely with management and support staff for guidance and assistance

About You

We are open to candidates who have a genuine interest in building a career in property management. You will have strong communication and organisational skills, a positive and proactive attitude,



and a team-first approach to your work.

You’re someone who is willing to learn, open to guidance and support, and able to manage responsibilities effectively within a structured environment. With the right mindset and support from management, you’ll be motivated to deliver great service and grow within the role.

Must hold a current drivers license

Cert4 in Real Estate Services - or be willing to undertake the course via traineeship
