About the Client

Our clients are seeking experienced High Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Drivers for immediate starts across Brisbane Airport and Eagle Farm.

These are fantastic temp-to-perm opportunities for reliable operators looking to secure long-term employment with stable and reputable companies. Safety is a top priority, with full site training provided to ensure you are confident and set up for success from day one.

Shift Details
Morning starts from 5:00AM
Full-time hours available
Ongoing work with the prospect to go permanent

Key Responsibilities
Operate High Reach and Counterbalance Forklifts to pick and put away stock at height
Load and unload pallets from racking and trucks safely and efficiently
Use RF scanners and inventory systems to ensure accurate stock handling
Maintain a clean and protected work environment in line with site safety standards
Conduct pre-start and equipment checks
Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet daily KPIs




Manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled shifts

Skills & Experience Required
Current LF Forklift Licence
Demonstrated experience operating High Reach and Counterbalance Forklifts
Previous warehouse experience
Experience using RF scanners will be highly regarded
Strong focus on safety and accuracy
Reliable, honest and hardworking attitude
Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
