A highly regarded Cisco Gold Partner is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join their sales team on a permanent basis. This is a new business acquisition role focused on selling Cisco Webex solutions into enterprise customers across the Australian market.

The position would suit a hunter with a proven track record of winning current enterprise clients and building solid stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Drive new business growth through the acquisition of enterprise-level customers
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to build a strong pipeline of opportunities
Sell Cisco Webex Contact Centre and collaboration solutions into enterprise accounts
Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver value-led outcomes




Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close
Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomes
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting

Key Requirements
Proven experience in a Business Development Manager, Enterprise Account Executive, or similar new business sales role
Solid track record of selling enterprise technology solutions
Experience selling Contact Centre, Customer Experience, Unified Communications, or Collaboration solutions
Cisco Webex sales experience highly desirable
Experience with vendors such as Genesys, NICE, Five9, Amazon Connect, Talkdesk, Avaya, Verint, or similar will also be considered
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers within enterprise organisations
Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working within a high-performance sales environment
