About the Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant at Colonel Light Gardens, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional customer service standards, stock levels, and ticketing standards, all while working towards key performance indicators (KPIs). Your enthusiasm for growth and development will be supported through ongoing training and opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and qualified product advice
Support daily retail operations and ensure high store presentation standards
Assist with merchandising, stock management, and promotional execution
Support team training and development initiatives
Assist with roster coordination and workflow management when required
Maintain strong product knowledge across health, beauty, and pharmacy categories
Contribute to achieving store sales and operational targets
Foster positive relationships with customers, team members, and key stakeholders
