Oppenheimer is an Australian owned leading food company supplying cutting-edge ingredients to the food industry. We require an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join our Equipment team in our Silverwater facility.
Experience & Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting preferred.
Forklift license (LF or LO) is an advantage.
Experience in using WMS or similar software.
Skills:
Basic computer skills (e.g., for inventory systems or scanners).
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow safety, GMP and operational procedures.
Time management and organisational skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to weights regularly.
Comfortable with standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.




Work Conditions:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the deadlines.
Must adhere to all workplace health and safety (WHS) guidelines.
Responsibilities May Include:
Receiving and dispatching goods.
Stock picking and packing.
Palletising and shrink-wrapping.
Inventory control and stocktakes.
Loading/unloading trucks.
Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
