Main duties will include:
Operate filler, carbonation unit and associated production equipment
Set up equipment for different products and production runs
Ensure production schedules and output targets are met
Conduct pre-operational checks and monitor product quality (carbonation, torque, taste)
Troubleshoot issues and perform minor repairs
Assist with equipment maintenance
Keep equipment and work areas clean and hygienic, cleaning before, during and after production
Complete daily records of machine operations and production accurately
Work in line with HACCP and quality standards
Work well in a team setting
Be punctual, reliable, and maintain an excellent attendance record

Training chance:
Syrup and sugar batching
Raw material handling and stock rotation
Brix testing and batch quality control





The successful candidate will at times be required to perform various other tasks on the production line. This may include the loading of raw material, the unloading of finished goods, capping, labelling, carrying cartons that can weigh between 7-15kg, and inspecting and removing products that do not conform with our quality standards.

To be successful, you will need:
Experience in a similar type of role or be able to be trained
A hands-on attitude
A mechanical understanding of beverage manufacturing equipment
A forklift licence is desirable but not essential
