About the role

You will be responsible for developing and delivering social content across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn. This is a hands-on role combining content creation, social strategy and day-to-day posting. You will work exclusively across Likeminds and our engaged brands, spanning hospitality, hotels, design, property, lifestyle and events.

Key responsibilities
Developing social media strategies and content plans
Creating weekly and monthly content calendars
Shooting and editing short-form video and photography
Writing captions, hooks and social copy
Scheduling and publishing content across all platforms
Creating Reels, Stories and TikTok content
Attending events, openings, shoots and project moments to capture content
Identifying relevant trends, formats and cultural prospects
Managing community engagement where required




Reviewing performance and providing easy monthly insights

About you
Experience creating social content for brands
Solid Instagram and TikTok knowledge
Short-form video shooting and editing skills
Solid writing and communication skills
Experience managing multiple brands or accounts
Confidence using platforms such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe and Meta Business Suite
Must have own professional content creation equipment, including camera, lenses and/or high-quality video equipment
Own laptop and editing setup/software
Equipment suitable for shooting interiors, architecture, people and behind-the-scenes content
Ability to independently shoot, edit and deliver finished content
