Building and Property maintenance company looking for a reliable, hardworking and physically fit Building Labourer to join our team on a full time basis.
We are looking for someone with a outstanding attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to get the job done. You will be working across a variety of residential building and maintenance projects.
About the Role
Your duties will include:
General building and construction labouring
Assisting tradespeople on site
Loading, unloading and delivery of materials
Site clean-up and general site duties
Demolition
Gardening and property maintenance
Manual labour
Maintaining a safe and tidy worksite
Working as part of a team
An understanding of building material
About You
The successful applicant will:
Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
Be physically fit and capable of manual labour
Have a current Medium Rigid (MR) Licence – Essential
Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Be able to follow instructions and work independently
Be a team player with a strong work ethic
Have previous building/construction experience (preferred but not essential)
