The Chance:

As a Gwinganna Receptionist, you are the warm, professional and welcoming first point of contact for our guests. This role offers:
2–4 days per week.
Must be available to work Saturdays.
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including Sunday if required
Immediate start available.

What You’ll Do:
Deliver excellence in Front Office Reception with a robust ‘guest first’ approach
Welcome, check in and check out guests, ensuring a seamless and uplifting experience
Provide exceptional guest-facing customer service with confidence and care
Manage administrative tasks with accuracy, professionalism and efficiency
Respond to phone, email and in-person enquiries with supportive and knowledgeable communication




Work collaboratively with all guest service departments to ensure smooth daily operations

About You:

You are a positive and service-driven qualified who loves working with people and contributing to memorable experiences.

You will bring:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in reception or guest services
Strong administrative capability and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly team-focused attitude and high personal presentation
Initiative, maturity and confident problem-solving
Commitment to a healthy lifestyle
Your own transport
