About the Company

Our client is a dynamic residential building company specialising in new home construction throughout the Hervey Bay and Fraser Coast. They are a secure volume builder and have a distinct company culture around quality, professionalism and looking after its people both internally and externally.

About the Position

The business is currently in the market for a Maintenance Officer to join their team in a full time permanent role servicing projects across Hervey Bay.

This is an exciting prospect for a Tradesman, Maintenance person to take the next step in their qualified career.

Reporting to the Construction Manager this position will require you to undertake maintenance requests within residential new builds, including initial inspection, reporting to management, liaising with clients and trades and completing repairs and rectifications on the tools.

What we're looking for:
Trade or maintenance experience, may suit a Carpenter seeking a change




Residential building exposure essential
Quality focused and strong attention to detail!
Exceptional presentation and communication skills
Client liaison capability and great interpersonal skills
Experience in a maintenance, labourers or similar role
Able to follow instructions and work autonomously
Can-do attitude
