We're looking for a Supply Chain Customer Support Specialist to join our cutting-edge Autonomous Air Vehicle Team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to operational supply chain planning and warehouse operations that directly support flight test and sustainment activities.

Based primarily at RAAF Base Amberley, this role will also involve periodic travel to the remote operations range, giving you variety, challenge, and the chance to be part of something truly cutting-edge.

What you'll be doing:

In this role, you'll help keep our operations running smoothly by:
Analysing post-production supply chain data to identify reorder points and quantities
Entering, tracking, monitoring, and coordinating customer material requirements, delivery requirements, and orders
Processing material returned from customers
Reviewing supplier and customer data related to products and services, including repair capability, capacity, and performance
Processing documentation for repair items and warranty claims

What we're looking for - we'd love to hear from you if you bring:




A solid understanding of supply chain methodology and processes
Previous experience in integrated logistics fundamentals
Demonstrated experience with aeronautical product requirements
A proactive approach to identifying and driving supply process improvements
Robust written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
Confidence using PCs, MS Windows, and the MS Office suite
Defence industry experience, which would be highly regarded
The ability to thrive in a team setting

Security requirements - to be considered, applicants must:
Be Australian Citizens to meet NV1 security clearance requirements
Meet Defence security requirements
Be willing to undergo the standard government vetting process, including a full life background check
