Project Building Supplies is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Trade Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Balcatta. This full time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced environment and delivering exceptional service to trade and retail customers.
About the role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and emails while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store.
Key responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer service across walk-in, phone, and email enquiries
Process sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately
Assist with general store operations and support team members
Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
Perform general administrative duties as required
Skills & experience:
Previous customer service or sales experience
Building or construction industry experience (preferred)
Experience with Accrivia software (advantageous, not essential)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
