About the role

As Client Liaison Manager, you will be a key point of contact for clients throughout their building journey, keeping them informed, supported and confident as their recent home progresses. You will guide clients through structured and well-established processes, ensuring key milestones, documentation and approvals are completed accurately and on time, while maintaining a high standard of communication and customer service. Working closely with Sales, Design, Selections, Administration and Construction Teams, you will help coordinate the client journey and ensure a smooth transition between each stage of the building process.

Key responsibilities
Coordinating the client journey from the pre-construction stages through to completion
Design plan sign-off
Selections sign-off
Contract administration and delivery
Regular client updates and communication
Local government and approval process administration
Variation administration and client approvals
Progress claim stage administration
Monitoring key client milestones, documentation and outstanding actions




Coordinating information between clients and internal teams

About you
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Qualified, personable and confident communicating with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to build rapport while managing expectations and difficult conversations when required
Comfortable coordinating across multiple departments and keeping people accountable for required information
Able to manage multiple clients, tasks and deadlines without losing attention to detail
Proactive and able to identify what needs to happen next rather than simply waiting for direction
Confident working within structured systems and processes
Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion
Practical, solutions-focused approach
