Casual Registered or Enrolled Nurse – Perth ENT Centre

The Perth ENT Centre is a specialist Ear, Nose and Throat practice with two metropolitan locations. Our team of ENT specialists, nurses, audiologists and administration staff work together to deliver high-quality patient care in a skilled outpatient setting.

We are seeking an experienced Registered or Enrolled Nurse to join our casual pool.

About the role
Casual position with versatile shifts available Monday to Friday only (no weekends)
Ideal for experienced nurses who prefer working a few days per week
Typical shift times: between 6:30 am and 6:00 pm
Half-day (approx. 5–6 hours) or full-day shifts depending on clinic needs

Primary responsibilities
Support the efficient running of doctor-led consultation clinics
Take patient histories and ensure pathology and imaging results are available for the specialist
Maintain clinical cleanliness and equipment in treatment rooms
Nurse-led allergy clinics and clinical administration duties (for suitably experienced candidates)

Additional responsibilities may include
Pre- and post-operative patient phone calls
Assisting with triage of referrals
Reviewing incoming pathology and radiology results

Please note:



This position does not involve assisting with surgical procedures in the practice or on surgical lists.

Essential requirements
Current AHPRA registration
Current Working with Children Check
Strong commitment to high-quality patient care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proactive approach with robust time-management and prioritisation skills
High competency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and computer-based clinical workflows (we are a paperless practice)
Familiarity with Genie or similar practice/clinical software highly regarded

Desirable
Experience working with paediatric patients
Experience working directly with specialists in an outpatient setting

Additional information
Rates of pay are set above the Nurses Award and are based on experience
Free parking is not available at our Subiaco location; we are well served by public transport
