COMPANY INFO

PCD Civil Retaining Walls are an expanding Civil Supply & Installation for concrete sleeper retaining wall company and we are looking for an experienced Estimator/Draftsperson to join the team. You’ll be involved in a diverse and challenging scope of works, our office is based in Narangba Industrial Hub, North of Brisbane.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLSET
Minimum 5 years' experience within Estimating or Draftsperson position in Construction
Drafting qualifications highly preferred but not required
Solid English communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal staff, subcontractors and the management team
Experienced with the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, proficient is highly essential in AutoCAD and Revit
Understanding of Construction terminology and processes in terms with engineering principles

ROLE DUTIES

· Determining construction methods, materials, quality standards, drafting, interpreting specifications, drawings, plans, construction methods and procedures.





· Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, civil plans, specifications, and related documents

· Identify labour, material, time requirements by studying proposals, civil plans, specifications, and related documents

· Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analysing information

· Present prepared estimate by assembling, displaying numerical and descriptive information

· Ensure all plans comply with building requirements

PACKAGE
$80,000 – $100,000 + Super (Negotiable depending on experience)
