About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join the Pacific Fair team on a permanent part time basis, working 29 hours across Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. You will play a key role in leading the team, driving sales and KPIs, delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high visual merchandising standards.

Proven retail leadership and sales experience
Strong visual merchandising capability
Experience managing and developing teams
